I had purchased a christmas present from this store for my son but when I took it home my wife and I decided that it was not apropreiate for a boy. I attempted to return the item the next day UNOPENED, WITH RECEIPT...the manager asked me for my Drivers Licensed which I provided along with the receipt, she looked at it and said "I DON'T LIKE NY DRIVERS LICENSED" then said the photo do not look like me.
