Purchased a complete 8 camera, DVR system with a 3 year warranty on the DVR on or about 4/08 from them and on or about 19/20/09 the DVR quit working and a camera was bad. Called and was told to send camera was advised that they had problems with digicam and would replace camera and replace DVR with a new one. Sent camera and pictures of what the dvr was doing. After a few calls they sent replacement camera and said it would be about a week or so for new dvr to come in. Went this way for next month and half.
