These guys don't care about there new customers. I was opening a lounge and told them that my grand opening was in two weeks. They said No problem and that our stuff would be here Monday 3 days before our opening date. So I ordered 2 grand worth of shisha and hookahs from them. Tuesday came and We call to see what was up and they said that they haven't sent it yet. I then reminded them of what they had promised and the time frame I was in.
