During brewing, coffee dribbles down the carafe lever and onto the burner. This started just a few months after purchase. After reading other reviews, many other people have complained about this. When I wrote to DeLonghi to complain and ask about a replacement, they refused to do anything since the unit is out of warranty. They didn't even recommend where I could get the unit repaired, they brushed me off. I am staying away from the DeLonghi brand entirely from now on. read full review »
