I ordered some UGG Boots from this website last year after I emailed and asked if they were genuine which they said they were. When they came they were too small even though I had been advised to get a size smaller, so I emailed and they said they would happily exchange them and would send me a pre paid postage label for them which was great! So I packed them up, sent them off and that was it. I live in the UK so obviously I knew shipping would take a while, but I never heard anything from them again despite numerous emails, so no boots.
