Listen to the customers-when they say there is a problem then ther probally is. It would be nice to get fluent ENGLISH speaking people that wil try to above & beyond there duties to help solve a situation-instead they put you on hold & just keep telling you that are sorry for your inconvenience but basically you are screwed. Frustration with these people is an under statement. Send your people to customer service school so they really can help people solve problems. read full review »
