My husband and I had to change planes in Arizona to proceed to our Destination of Orlando Florida. First complaint is, they tell us our luggage is too big to fit in the overhead of the aircraft. This is luggage we always travel with and other airlines we have flown, there has never been a problem. Once we boarded in Arizona, the boarding pass was scanned and kept by the woman at the gate.
