I am going to write this even though I am certain that the employees (and especially management) at Comcast couldn't care less what any of the customers think. I have had a HORRIBLE experience since day 1 with my service. They don't show up on time, or don't show up at all, screw up what they do come to do, never do what they say they're "taking care of" for you and as far as I'm concerned, rape you on cost!!
