Excessive cost for seniors 65 and older. After 1 year my statement increased $24.17. For Choise Xtra and HBO. Previous billing was $67.54 now $88.71. Being retired on a fixed income this cost is out of my budget, even by eliminating HBO which i did really didn't help much. If DIRECTV wanted a better market share they should offer a significant cost reduction for the elderly. They give away free HBO, Starz, etc. to lure people to sign up why not offer discounted rates to people who can't afford there service. Anolog was perfectly fine... read full review »
