We purchased in May 2008 an electronic fense for our back yard from Anagnos. We have requested service no less than three times due to gate not opening or closing properly. They claimed initially that product failed due to snow and declined warranty service. Subsequently, the gate failed at least two more times which they refused to service. My own electrician had to purchase the resistors that were buring out and this kept happening. We wrote and spoke to service and owners of the company to no avail.
