OMG. I have never encountered a worse customer service than Fry's. They are so rude and just would not give in. They have a faulty product and they would not admit it. They tried to trick you into believing it's your fault the product's not working. If you wouldn't budge, they tried and tried to talk you out of returning it, because according to them, they are the "expert", and there are always customers who "don't know what to do with their electronics" and "set it up the wrong... read full review »
