I received an unauthorized billing showing on our tel bill from HBS for a monthly charge for United Tel. LLC - Findyourdiet.com. I called up the no. on the billing to complain. They said they would issue a check and gave a tel. no. and a confirmation no. for the cancellation. I then called up my tel. co. to complain and they took out the amount from my tel. bill and gave me the new amount that I would need to pay. How can these unauthorized charges be blocked off? This is the 2nd one on our tel. bill that we saw. Everyone needs to double check their billing to make sure these unauthorized charges do not happen. read full review »
