I used to have this company for cobra until about 1 month ago in which my company went with a different administrator. (Thank God) I could not get my benefits going for 4 months because the people stated that I didnt pay enough. The first customer service rep said she would check into it and get back to me within 72 hrs which is plenty of time. However, it was 5 days later and guess what?
