After months of poor service, extra charges, incorrect information and a phone that had to be replaced 2 X, I finally gave up. Calling the service center to cances tmobile (cust. service) it seemed helpfull at the time. 1-You will not be charged any fee for cancelling. The fee for early termination is $200. but as a senior on a fixed income, it seemed they were understanding...that is until I recieved my last bill.
