I have had a unauthorized transaction from my checking account from Skype for 18.00. I have Skype but I have not used it in over a year because my sound does not work, and I know for a fact that it is free if you use it to talk with another skype user in the states. I never authorized a deduction from my debit account for payment of use. I have filled a complaint with them on line and of course they have no phone # for help.
