I have bought 2 of these cards, one for $30.00 and another one for $150.00 I bought them to use to get parts for my Toyota pick up on line and the stupid cards will not work. I gave out my information and nothing gets paid for. Tomorrow, I will be placing a call to the Attourney General's Office in St. Paul, MN and I will be filing a complaint against Visa and WalMart, you have screwed me out of $198.00, and for what?
