In fairness, I need to let you know that I called 1-888-445-2727 and Intellius reversed my pending $19.95 charge in less than 5 minutes. It seems when you take advantage of their "promotional pricing" for a lookup, you are also agreeing to a trial of their Credit Monitoring service, for $19.95.
