Yearly Contract Fee was paid 6/08 in the amount of $178.82. Service call was requested 10/08 at my request. A neighbor let the technician in and was provided with a check made out to Comfort Control, the amount for the service call, if any, needed to be filled in. The technician requested payment of $178.82 and the check was issued. Comfort Control has admitted that this fee should not have been collected since the contract was in effect. Through his staff, the manager, Loius has promised refund of the overcharge of $178.82. Four months later, I am still waiting for my refund as well as a return call from the manager. read full review »
