Was purchasing a house from this person and suppose to pay him mortg. taxes. house insurance and been doing it for 2 years and found out he was pocketing the tax money and wasnt paying it. went to court house and he didnt pay since 2007 and we were coming on to 3 years and we moved before we probually be thorwn out by the court. Moved and then called the court house and the asshole paid the taxes and got more people in the house. He broke the contract by not keeping up on the deal .
