Company waits 7 months after free trial to send me a letter stating they never received unused product back and are now trying to collect money from me. I cancelled trial within 14 days and sent back unused product. I kept receipts for several months. But when I hadn't heard anything from them, I assumed everything was taken care of. I no longer have any receipts or any proof I sent it back. It's convenient the company waits that long to contact you. read full review »
