I booked a hotel through Travelocity and received an email confirmation of the same. Yet when I checked into the hotel was told they could only accomodate me for 1 night as Travelocity had overbooked the hotel. When I called to complain I was told they could give me a $25 credit for my next travel. How would that help me with my current situation as the entire city was booked and I had to return home? read full review »
