I was in a hospital from 6 Feb 2010 until 16 Feb 2010 ihad no money or no credit cards, so I used the pay pay phone to make collect calls . I did not know that a collect call cost $13. 68 upto 29.90. For 12 Calls My bill was $196.53. When you call ZPDI of Legacy LD Intl Inc. They tell me they are located in California but there Main office is in Texas. I ask for something in writing on why these charges are so high and the so called supervisor said that can not be done. I think this stinks and they are taking advantage of people in hospitals. read full review »
