Paid for an alignment, but only part of it was done. They tried to cover up, saying the rest was impossible, finally admitted they didn't know how to do an alignment on my car. Promised a refund, jerked me around for 2-3 weeks, getting progressively more rude, then effectively told me to take a hike. A different NTB branch told me my rear wheel bearings were completely shot, because the wheel moved up and down. Contacted the manufacturer, was told it IS SUPPOSED to be like that. read full review »
