My experience with Uverse has been a nightmare every step of the way. I should have dont my research online to find out about all of the angry victims who have gone through similar nightmares. The installer was uninformed and lacked basic skill, as he forgot to install a vital piece, giving us cable but a phone line that did not work. The next technician came, pointed out all of the previous technicians mistakes but was not able to fix the problem. He said he would come back the next day (Saturday) or Monday.
