My husband and I have been loyal Sears customers for years and have purchased all of our appliances from Sears. Four years ago we purchased a front loader washer and it did not even last one year. After the nightmare of scheduling time for a repairman to come out, ordering parts, and being told repeatedly that the part would not fix the issue, we were given the option of getting a new washer under the lemon law.
