Performs property value analysis. I just had my 1st experience with them after having a friend have a similar experience. My bank, Missouri Credit Union hired them to do an appraisal on my property. Brent Burris did the appraisal and returned with a vaule that I felt was unreasonable. The house is on the North side of Columbia, bought in 2007 for a value of $195, 000.
