Hello, my name is Viola M.Shaw, I decided in January 2010 to take advantage of your free trial offer to later find out that it is indeed not free but very expensive. I find that your e-mail to me regarding your product was very misleading, I had no idea that if I had not used your product within 14 days and call for a cancellation that I would be charged $149.95 for a membership fee that your customer service rep could not tell me what the membership offers for this amount of money.
