I have had my SpaCap, which I waited 3 months this summer for, on all winter and my electric bills have gone through the roof. My spa is running much more that it did with foam cover. Their website claims it is well insulated which is false. I realized this with the first snow fall when the snow melted on the top of the cover. Obviously there was a lot of heat escaping.
