I had an appointment to have my Grandaughers Easter and 6 month pictures taken at 1 pm on 3/3/2010. I arrived there about 15 minutes early and my son and daughter in law arrived shortly after me. The lady in the studio did not even recognize my son, daughter in law or grandaughter but went on waiting on another lady and her son. At 2:10 pm we had still not been waited on and by this time my grandaughter is not the happy, girl that she was at 1 pm and she was tierd and crabby so we left, knowing that she would no longer smile for pictures.
