I ordered flowers for a grandaughter who lives in the country. The flowers were not delivered and the customer service dept. tried to say I gave them the wrong address. They were given the right address and there are only three houses on the road. My daughter-in-law stood at her window and saw delivery truck drive by, turn around, and go back to town without making an attempt to deliver. This company is very incompetent due to the poor customer service. They speak very poor english and no matter what you say, the customer is wrong. read full review »
