I was told I could not receive a refund because the tea was already shipped. I informed them I did not want the product, so why was I going to get charged for something I did not want. I told them I would never do busy with them and before I could finish my sentence I was hung up on. Each time after that I kept calling was on hold for over 10 minutes and just as the call was switched over I was hung up on again and again. I would strongly recommend that nobody do busy with this company. read full review »
