I recently purchased a morkie from puppies234.com. She cost $480 plus a $100 delivery fee. When the puppy arrived at 10p.m. on a saturday, the delivery woman told us that they had been driving since 4 a.m that day and had 28 deliveries. Our puppy was the last delivery. They had said we would get the vet certification of the shots and vaccines. All we received was the certification of the breeder.
