My name is Anna Matz and my complaint is the fact that I am unable to talk to anyone regarding, the deduction of $4.95 from my credit card account. what it is and why? And to receive a credit for this and to stop the deduction of this in the furture. I did not to my knowledge approve of this deduction. and I would like it taken care of. I DO NOT EXPECT ANY MORE DECTIONS FROM BY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY (FRAUDPROTECTION). I also expect and will be waiting a response to the action that was taken.
