I noticed a charge on my account for $14.99 for RN Superpass which I didnt authorize. I called the toll free number listed beside the charge on my bank statement, and they stated it was for a Rhapsody account that was still active. This was partially true because I opened the account, but closed it that same day because I wasnt satisfied. Of course, this company said I never cancelled it, and charged me anyways.
