I ordered an adjustable omega chain from GEMS TV and they send a non adjustable chain. They have a 30 day return policy so I sent the item back in the same packaging. They then sent the chain back to me and stated it was not a GEMS TV item and they would not refund my money. I have called the 800 line and all they state is they will get back to me. They will not take the chain back they sent to me even though I returned it well with in their 30 day policy!!! BEWARE, they sent the wrong chain and will not honor their own return policy.
