I entered into a Forbearance agreement in 2007 after falling ill. They never increased my payment and each month reported me late and charged me late fees for payments that were made on time. They entered my account into escrow and was suppose to have paid my taxes and insurance. Which they never paid taxes and I got them to pay the insurance one time, but they never paid the taxes.
