800vmailbox was added to my Verizon service supposedly by me online, I never authorized it and had no knowledge of it until I received my bill with a $14.95 addition to my account. I called Verizon support and was told that I had added it online and received two emails notifying me of the change, I did not receive the emails. I think 800vmailbox is a scam. read full review »
