My first encounter with this company I was told that I had over payments to my account. I never received statements so I thought that I could skip a couple months then I was told that that was not true and I was behind several months so starting last July I doubled my payments and was told that in January I should be current. Well I was told again that I had to pay another 200.00 that would bring me current. I just receive a call saying that I owe a month????I have been requesting statements for a long time.
