In March 2010 I contracted Aaron R. Thomas to fabricate acrylic legs and a back for a custom chair I designed for a client. I communicated back and forth with Noel Thomas, the vice president, working out the specifications and ETA which would be about a month. The contract said that the items must be paid in full to begin production.
