Received a phone call on my cell phone last night from the phone number 202-683-1435 urging me to respond by entering numbers on my cell regarding receiving excessive money the government is distributing in grant money...never to be repaid. Due to the financial hardship we are all incurring we went to the website today and each portion kept asking for shipping and handling fees for numerous CD information.
