I got my phone new from an att store for christmas, shortly after I got the phone the screen would freeze and a few other things. I think it is only fair that att let there customers bring there phone back and have a choice of three phones. Alot of people are talking about the neon and its the same problem with everyone. I have two kids I need a dependable phone and the neon isnt, they just need to make it right before everyone goes to a phone company they can trust, that if happens things will be taking care of. read full review »
