i have issued the cheque to the icici bank for the payment of credit card but they do not presented the cheque in the bank and now they issued me a new statement with the defaulter charges. when i enquiere about this the phone banking officer told me that there is a problem in you Credit card No on cheque thats why they are not put in to the bank. when i asked not to informed me even on back of the cheque my name and mobile no. are there they told me that is not in there policy and now I HAVE TO PAY THE WHOLE charges. help me what to do next. read full review »
