Dear Sir, I VIJAYPAL SINGH CHAUHAN had submitted my passport reissue application at New Delhi on dated 27/08/2009 and got the application number F026525. On dated 09/10/09 they have changed the file number G002365. But till date no police verification done by Gurgaon Police. Today 06/03/10 I have confirmed from Gurgaon police (passport section) and they checked and said that they have not received police verification forms from Delhi passport office.
