First of all, they rant and rave about their expansive website options, which are all but none. If you have a Mac, forget about being able to use their ridiculously non-user friendly website builder. Their toll free number is automated for like, 30 prompts and will disconnect you if you don't know what you're looking for because the options don't apply to you. When you get to a live person, they give you incorrect information, i.e. telephone numbers, departments, hours, prices. This company is an absolute joke. This company is AWFUL. I have never seen such incompetence when it comes to website design.
