I bought a home, owner financed, simple contract, worked great for years. The owner got in trouble and sold the contract to Ocwen. What a frigging nightmare it has been ever since. Ocwen thinks they can change what ever rules when ever they want. In the 9 or 10 years I had to deal with them I never ever even once recieved any report or statement showing where or how my payments were being applied. No end of year tax statements, interest, principle amounts or any communication what so ever other than collection recordings at 8am every weekend... read full review »
