I have been a rent a center customer for years. ino longer needed the computer iwas renting due to high costs of rentals i purchased one elsewhere. anyhow when calling the store they did not want to pick up so offered to drop off few days later when i came to town well i was snowed out. i recieved a threating phone call saying i had till 6pm to deliver goods or else. or else what i thought your policy was to pick up and deliver your goods. iw- will seek other companies from now on.
