I have a prepaid mastercard from Capital One that I utlize for direct deposit of paychecks and other items such as tax refunds. Unable to access account i contacted customer service at which time I was told my account had been locked pending identification verification. I was told I needed to fax a copy of my drivers license and social security card and my acoount would be unlocked within 72 hours.
