I took my laptop in because I was getting a warning that said backup because hard drive 4 was going out. So I first went into the bios to see if I could get it to boot from another drive that I had partitioned. Then I decided that I should just take it to Geek squad since I did not have the time to dedicate to trying to recover the information. I have a backup drive, but I took it anyway because I had not backed it up for two days and needed the other information.
