AT and T need to improve their wireless quality and custom service It started at April 2008. I changed my name and financial responsibility from my husband's. My husband's contract left 3 more months at that time. I was told my new contract would last 6 more months, until Nov. 2008 if I pay transfer fee. I paid and my name was transferred.
