XOOM customer servise sux and a long wait in line, the money i sent haven't arrive in 2 weeks, and i ask for the transaction # when they bank in bank of china, and they don't even have the transaction number.?!?! they want me to provide them the bank statement for the Bank i deposit... why don't they provide me the transaction # and i can call to bank of china to ask for it. maybe they don't even deposit the money yet. that is why! so BETTER DON'T SENT MONEY WITH XOOM if u not prefer to get into TROUBLE. read full review »
